Our training program includes a detailed product education, introduction to all estimating and cost control software, management seminars, technical presentations and spending time on job-sites coordinating w/the PM, Foreman and GC staff in order to develop a solid understanding of how successful projects operate. Depending on your experience level this training program can be adapted to fit your needs.
Unlike large general contracting firms, we allow our employees to get involved in all aspects of the business from very early on in their careers. Training and group discussions focus on "big picture" as well as very specific details, and questioning the status quo is encouraged. We are constantly looking to improve, innovate, and challenge ourselves, with the primary goal of producing projects under budget and creating Raving Fans of our customers.
